What is a REAL QUALIFIED LEAD? I want to define for you the difference between a real lead and a counterfeit. An outline has to be put in place of the project goals. With the exception of certain projects, the following outline is present in all unless otherwise specified by the client. In Person Appointment - Pitched the goal contact - Piqued interest in goal contact - Quality contact (defined by project parameters) - Arrange a specific date and time (no more than 1 week out) between the prospect and client - Collect additional database updates - Supply the prospect with the necessary confirmation details and contacts of client - Send out confirmation of appointment & company material to prospect (supplied by client) - Send appointment to client within 5 minutes of closing the appointment - Client reports back to Superior Telemarketing the results of appointment Phone Appointment - Pitched the goal contact - Piqued interest in goal contact - Quality contact (defined by project parameters) - Arrange a specific date and time (no more than 1 DAY out) between the prospect and client. - Collect additional database updates - Supply the prospect with the necessary confirmation details and contacts - Send out confirmation of appointment & company material to prospect (supplied by client) - Send appointment to client within 5 minutes of closing the phone appointment - Client reports back to Superior Telemarketing the results of phone appointmentc. Quality Follow up - Pitched the goal contact - Piqued Interest in goal contact - Quality contact (defined by project parameters) - Type of follow up: send information (via email, mail); set specific date to follow up - Collect additional database updates - Supply the prospect with the necessary confirmation details and contacts - Send out company material to prospect (supplied by client) - Send follow up client within 5 minutes of closing follow up - Client reports back to Superior Telemarketing the results of follow up. That looks great on paper, but having the most qualified telemarketers making your calls are what puts all this together -- plus me of course (hehehehehe). Back to business -- I can't convince you my telemarketers are as qualified as I claim, so I let you talk to them and hear them for yourself!
